| As a child I started painting on the side walk with house paint I got from my dad. I went on to learn technique and precision of art while studying portrait painting under Donald Cleff in Bamberg, Germany from where I graduated from the Bamberg Fine Arts School. |

|
His personal style of mingling contrasting colors, incredible attention
to detail, strong sense of design and his fascination for architecture,
as seen in his popular New York City Street Scenes and South Beach Scenes,
give his paintings an unmistakable identity.

| Matthew's works are found nationwide in public, private and corporate collections. He has also had several solo shows and has won numerous awards in prestigious art shows. |
